Karan Kundra to host Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya

Karan Kundra is all set to host the new season of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya that starts airing on October 2. So far, Karan has hosted the crime-based show Gumraah - The End Of Innocence, been part of the show Roadies X2 and recently shot for Life Mein Ek Baar, a travel-adventure show. This will be the first time that Karan will host a show based on love and romance. Says Karan, "Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya will have a new format this season. It will show the flip side of love. The stories will be hard-hitting and my role as the host will serve as an eyeopener. Today's teenagers - 17-18-year-olds - believe themselves to be in love in a jiffy and go to any extent, even die for it. We will give them a reality check and show them some real love stories."

Karan, who has a great connect with the youth, says that youngsters feel comfortable talking to him and sharing their problems. "All my cousins confide in me because I don't judge, scare or scold. I am not somebody who preaches and that makes it easier for them," he says and that's exactly what he will be seen doing on the show too.

Besides Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Karan is all set to return to fiction shows with the love story Yeh Kaha Aa Gaye Hum. He had done Fanaah but it was a series based on the supernatural and had him playing a vampire. Says Karan, "Five years after Kitani Mohabbat Hai I am teaming up with Ekta Kapoor for another serial. I am playing a famous young singer and am enjoying it."
