Pind daan (offering of libations of water to the Gods) is done after people die. But, now people can do it while they live. With busy and fast moving life, many believe that their children may not have the time to do a pind daan after their death. So much is the concern that the ritual is now being performed online and a large number of people have accepted this trend too.

Through this, one can do the pind daan of their forefathers' and can also watch the video of the whole process sitting at the comfort of their homes. For this, one needs to spend up to Rs 20,000. The sum includes the fees of the pujari which is Rs 19,000 and GST of Rs 950. The videography fees are also included in this package.

If you find this package expensive, then there are other budget options available too. Many companies are now offering different packages for online pind daan starting at Rs 20,000. After filling a form and making a payment, the booking gets confirmed and the right date and time for the activity are set. The planner is then sent to the client.
