PM Narendra Modi arrives at Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant's Shubh Aashirwad in Mumbai

Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the 'Shubh Aashirwad' (blessings ceremony) of newlyweds Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai today. Modi made a grand entry with Mukesh Ambani, as seen in a video showing him seated in the front row and engaged in conversation.

The ceremony followed the star-studded wedding of Anant Ambani, son of Reliance Industries Limited Chairman and MD Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, the 29-year-old daughter of pharmaceutical heiress Viren and Shaila Merchant, held at the Ambani-owned Jio World Drive convention centre on Friday. The event attracted a plethora of celebrities, politicians, film stars, and cricketers.

Bollywood stars, international celebrities, and other prominent figures also attended both the wedding and the 'Shubh Aashirwad' ceremony. The 'Mangal Utsav' or wedding reception is scheduled for Sunday.

Prior to the event, PM Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for various projects in Mumbai valued at ₹29,000 crore, including road, railway, and port developments.
