Global Fusion Grandeur located in Atria Mall is the fourth outlet launched by China Gate Hospitality. And while the eatery is known for its value for money buffets, the latest addition also has something new up its sleeve —  a Platinum a la carte menu. We dropped by to sample dishes from this select menu, and here are our picks of the best dishes on offer.

Start your meal with a stir-fry of Morning Glory leaves served on a bed of sprouts. The sauce coats the leaves and sprouts and makes for a healthy, yummy start to our meal.

While we enjoyed the Naam Thai (Rs 225) and the Maidens Sangria (Rs 225), our pick from the range of mocktails would definitely be the Malabar Mojito. Simple ingredients like coconut water, mint leaves and muddled lime make this a cooling, thirst quencher that’s refreshingly sweet and comforting.
