Commentary :
0.0 : The openers for India, Ishan Kishan and KL Rahul were on song in the first match as both of them brought up quickfire half-centuries. The middle order too showed some promise. Mohammad Shami was the pick of the bowlers as he scalped 3 wickets but Bhuvneshwar Kumar really struggled and that is a concerning factor for India. The Indians will be hoping to improve their bowling performance on the whole and go into the tournament with another win.
... WARM UP TIME ...
Hello and welcome to another round of warm-up matches before the start of the T20 World Cup. In today's match, two stalwarts of cricket go head-to-head as India take on Australia. Both teams had winning starts but the wins themselves came in contrasting fashions. India chased down a mammoth total with the utmost ease against England, whereas the tailenders were the saving grace for Australia against neighbours New Zealand. Both teams will be pumped up for today's match and even if it's just a wa
Unlike India, the Australian bowlers performed much better but it was their batting that let them down. Kane Richardson and Adam Zampa were the shining light with the ball. The form of David Warner remains to be a huge question mark and apart from him all the batters got starts and got into the twenties before throwing their wickets away. If Finch and Warner can get going in this match then the Aussies will look like a very well balanced team heading into the main draw of the tournament. Who nee

The Indian spinners have bowled exceptionally well as Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja got wickets and even the other bowlers have kept things tight so far. Also, in another warm-up game, between England and New Zealand, England are 72/2 in 10 o

This is the death over specialist Bhuvneshwar Kumar everyone knows of. Gives away only 6 runs in the last over and picks up a wicket. India will be very pleased to restrict Australia for over just 150. 56 runs came in the last five overs for Australia. They started pretty slow but Smith and Stoinis made sure that they end up putting a defendable total on the board. After their powerful batting performance against England in their first warm-up game, the Men in Blue will feel that they can c
... THE RUN CHASE ...
With Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami not playing this game, India will be very happy with their bowling effort. Many were surprised with Ashwin's inclusion in the squad but he silenced all those critics in this game though it is a warm-up game. Coming onto bowl the second over, he removed Warner and Marsh in consecutive deliveries and put the Aussies right under pressure. Jadeja then worked his magic by removing Finch on his first delivery. The bowlers did lose some momentum at the end but
A decent performance with the bat from the Aussies! Warner's form is a big concern for Australia as he got out for a golden duck against New Zealand and got out for just 1 run today. Marsh didn't have the best of the birthdays as he got out for a golden duck. Finch also fell later and Australia found themselves in a spot of bother with 34/3 in the Powerplay. Maxwell and Smith then did some damage control by stitching a 61-run partnership before Maxwell got out. After that, Smith and Stoinis bui
We are back for the chase! The umpires, along with the Australian players are out in the middle.
