Both Charles and Pooran showed promise and looked set to take control of the game, but nei
Uganda will be a bit disappointed with how the last over went as the 18-run over from Cosmas Kyewuta spoiled what was otherwise a stellar death bowling display. Given the strong batting might of the West Indies, the African side should be proud of the fight they have shown with the ball throughout the 20 overs. Uganda started well with the ball, maintaining tight lines in the first couple of overs. However, the decision to take Alpesh Ramjani off despite his economical first over backfired,
Johnson Charles is up for a chat. He says it's good to have some runs under the belt, it was a tough pitch to bat on but he wanted to make the most of the first six overs, however, Uganda stuck to their plans and bowled well. Feels they have enough runs on the board and their bowlers need to execute the plans now.
Right then, the West Indies have the momentum with them courtesy of their strong finish with the bat and will look to carry that into their bowling effort. As for Uganda, they have a real job on their hands, especially with their batting unit struggling so far in the tournament. Given the African side's struggles with the bat and the bowling resources they have, the West Indies will fancy their chances of boosting their NRR here.
