Vivek Oberoi buys bungalow in Juhu for Rs 14.25 crore

Bollywood actor Vivek Anand Oberoi and wife Priyanka Oberoi recently bought a bungalow in Juhu for Rs 14.25 crore. The cost of the bungalow is more than the ongoing ready reckoner rate of the area, which stands at Rs 10.59 crore.

The deal was registered on March 27. The bungalow is located at Raut Land, in Juhu. The actor even got a car parking with the house he purchased.

The built-up area of the bungalow is 234.20 square metre, while the carpet area of the bungalow is 2,100 square feet. Oberoi has tendered Rs 85.50 lakh to register his bungalow with the registration department.

The sellers Aditya Singh and wife Sabina Singh are famous restaurant owners. According to Sandeep Sadh, a realtor from Juhu, only a person from Juhu can understand the importance of owning a bungalow in the area. 

"The ground plus two storey structure is the marker of a good structure and a decent price was charged for the property. People living in South Mumbai or even Bandra cannot value a property in Juhu."

Oberoi did not respond to messages with regard to the matter. However, a representative, on his behalf, did get in touch.

Oberoi, currently, lives in a bungalow in Juhu's Golden Beach Society. Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt, recently, bought a property at Juhu too. The actress paid Rs 13.11 crore for the 2,300 square feet apartment.
