#INDvAUS: Virat Kohli DESTROYS Aussie media in unusual manner for Donald Trump comparison

From comparing Indian skipper Virat Kohli to United States President Donald Trump for criticising the media to putting him in the same bracket as animals, Australian media have stooped to new lows to unsettle the marksman. On the eve of the fourth and deciding Test between India and Australia at Dharamsala, Kohli addressed the issue on Friday but not in his usual explosive way.

In a pre match press conference, Kohli, on being asked about the roller coaster ride of being subjected to outrageous criticism and also getting support from legendary Australian cricketers, said, "It's something which has been happening on the outside. I am more focussed on improving myself as a cricketer and person. Also I am more concerned about what my teammates and close people think of me. These things do not matter to me so much, they have never mattered. I have faced this initially in my career and later on too.

"I have always done the right thing, stuck by the right thing and said what I wanted to say because I feel that is right and I have nothing to go back and change. I am only surprised that so many people getting affected by an individual. Good luck to them. If this sells their news, then good luck to them."

Talking about the support from the likes of Steve Waugh and Michael Clarke, Kohli went on to say, "See as cricketers you understand what goes on during a series, in the game and on the field. I am sure those guys can relate to it. And everyone is doing their job, if you want to write something good or bad it's your own choice. I am not going to sit here and say 'write good things about me or bad things about me'."

After the Bengaluru Test, the Indian skipper had come out all guns blazing and taken the media by storm but this was as calm as his forward defence. However, the words will definitely have maximum impact on the Aussie media who are hell bent on demeaning Kohli.
