India's T20 World Cup victory brought immense joy to cricket fans as the team ended an 11-year wait for a major title. The thrilling final saw India beat South Africa by six runs in Barbados. Soon after this historic win, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced a grand prize of Rs 125 crore for the winning squad and coaching staff.

The prize money will be shared among the 15-member squad, four reserve players, and the support staff.

Each player in the squad is set to receive at least Rs 5 crore. Reserve players and support staff members will get a minimum of Rs 1 crore each, according to the TOI report.

Head coach Rahul Dravid led a dedicated support team that included batting coach Vikram Rathour, bowling coach Paras Mhambrey, fielding coach T Dilip, and several others like throwdown specialists. 

India's victory and the generous prize money reflect the hard work and dedication of the entire team and support staff, marking a memorable moment in cricket history.
