10 years of Ranveer Singh in movies: From his first shot to playback singing; milestones of actor in decade

Ranveer Singh joined Instagram in 2014 when he clocked four years in the movies. He shared a video thanking fans for all his love and finally making it to the photo-sharing app. He wrote, "Thank you. #4YearsOfRanveerSingh."

Ranveer Singh worked with his wife and actor Deepika Padukone for the first time in the film Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film released in 2013 and during the MAMI film festival, Deepika had revealed that the confrontational scene with Ranveer after 'Nagada Sang Dhol' was her first shot for the film.

With his film Bajirao Mastani, Ranveer Singh showed that he can go to any lengths for his role. The actor shaved off his head for his character Peshwa Bajirao in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial which hit the screens in 2015.

For his second film Ladies vs Ricky Bahl, Ranveer Singh had done the rapping for the song 'Aadat Se Majboor'. However, for his role in Gully Boy, the actor donned the hat of playback singer and sang the maximum songs from the album.
