Bollywood's heartthrob Ranveer Singh has always been renowned for his magnetic presence on film, dynamic energy, and diverse performance.

He has regularly put on and taken off muscle over the years, depending on the job he was preparing for at the time.

He has been working out for a while with personal trainer Lloyd Stevens.

Despite being a foodie, the actor attempts to keep up a low-carb, high-protein diet to go along with his workouts.

He revealed that his morning meal includes oats with nuts and chocolate chips, immunity shots, detox juice, a probiotic drink, and shilajit and ashwagandha date balls. 

Lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, heart-healthy fats, and an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables were the focus of the actor's diet.

 He gradually reduces the carbohydrate intake as the day progresses. His diet includes lamb and salmon.  

For lunch, Ranveer Singh etas stir-fried lambs with vegetables, chicken and salmon. 

For dinner, he takes chicken or fish. He opts for a low-fat protein-rich meal.
