Pravrajya Suruchi

Leafy Green Vegetables (Spinach, Kale):  These are excellent sources of vitamins and minerals, but they are also high in water content.

Cruciferous Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower):  These cruciferous vegetables are generally healthy, but digesting them can create some internal heat.

Root Vegetables:  While root vegetables offer valuable nutrients, they are starchy and can be denser, requiring more energy to digest.

Certain Winter Squash:  Similar to root vegetables, winter squash varieties are denser and take more energy to digest.

Peas:  Peas are a good source of protein and fiber, but they can also cause bloating in some people.

Corn:  Corn is technically a grain, but often consumed like a vegetable.  Similar to peas, corn can cause bloating for some people due to its high starch content.
