Highly Processed Foods
Foods heavy in unhealthy fats, processed sugars, and additives can cause blood sugar spikes and interfere with your sleep pattern
Caffeinated Beverages
Caffeine can make it difficult for you to go asleep and stay asleep and can be found in coffee, tea, energy drinks, and even some sodas. It is better to stay away from these drinks in the evening
Alcohol
While alcohol may make you feel sleepy at first, it might interfere with your sleep cycle and cause you to have poor-quality sleep
Heavy or Fatty Foods
