7 stretching exercises for heart

Stand up and reach both arms straight up, stretching your body upwards. This exercise helps improve blood flow and relaxes the muscles around your heart.

Overhead Stretch

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, raise one arm overhead, and lean to the opposite side. This stretch helps open up the rib cage and improves lung capacity
