7 yoga poses to relieve constipation

Lie on your back, bring one knee to your chest, and hold it with both hands. Press it against your abdomen. This pose helps in releasing gas and improving digestion.

Wind-Relieving Pose

Kneel on the floor, sit back on your heels, and stretch your arms forward while lowering your torso. This pose relaxes the abdomen and helps stimulate bowel movements

Child's Pose

Sit with your legs straight out, then slowly bend forward, reaching towards your toes. This pose helps massage the intestines, improving digestion.

Seated Forward Bend

Get on all fours, then alternate between arching your back (Cow) and rounding it (Cat). This flow stimulates the digestive organs and promotes movement in the intestines.

Cat-Cow Pose

Lie on your back, bend your knees, and drop them to one side while keeping your shoulders on the floor. This twist massages the internal organs and encourages bowel movements.

Supine Twist

Squat with your feet close together, keeping your heels on the ground. Press your elbows against your knees and bring your hands into a prayer position.

Garland Pose

Sit with your feet together and your knees bent out to the sides. Hold your feet with your hands and gently flap your knees up and down.
