Carrots

A root vegetable that is good for you both raw and cooked, carrots have 3.6 grams of fibre per cup when eaten raw.

Broccoli

Broccoli belongs to the cruciferous family of vegetables and is high in nutrients, containing 2.4 grams of fibre per cup along with other nutrients and antioxidants that may help prevent cancer.

Artichoke

One raw artichoke contains 6.9 grams of fibre, making them a good source of fibre in addition to being high in many other nutrients.

Sweet potatoes

A common food that is sweet and flavorful, sweet potatoes are also very filling. There are 3.8 grams of fibre in a medium-sized, skin-free boiled sweet potato.

Beetroot

Potatoes

Another adaptable, low-cholesterol nightshade vegetable is the potato, which has 3.63 g of fibre per medium skin-on potato.
