Yogurt

A fermented dairy product similar to yogurt but with a thinner consistency, kefir is made by adding kefir grains to milk and contains a more diverse range of probiotic strains.

Kefir

Fermented cabbage that contains lactic acid bacteria. It is rich in probiotics, as well as vitamins C and K.

Sauerkraut

A spicy Korean side dish made from fermented vegetables, primarily cabbage and radishes, flavored with various seasonings. It contains lactic acid bacteria and other probiotics.
