Peanut butter: According to FDA reports, a 16-ounce jar of peanut butter can have 136 insect parts.

Chocolate: 125 gms of chocolate can contain as many as 60 to 74 bug fragments.

Coffee beans: In every cup of coffee there may be around 120 insect parts.

Raisins: According to FDA guidelines, one cup of raisins has as many as 25 fruit fly eggs and 10 whole insects.

Mushrooms: The FDA suggests that 3.5 ounces of mushrooms can have nearly 19 maggots and 74 mites.

Frozen broccoli: Broccoli has Aphids, tiny bugs that can grow nearly 2 to 5 millimetres in size, as per the FDA.

Canned tomatoes: One can of tomatoes can have one maggot or more than 8 fly eggs.

Fruit juice: Every 250-millimetre sample of canned fruit juice may contain pieces of one maggot.

Pasta: It is almost everyone's favourite. The FDA has allowed up to 225 insect fragments in every 225 grams of the dish.
