Gastric Problems: 9 Yoga Asanas to improve digestion

Naukasana (Boat pose): Powers up the intestines and stimulates digestion by improving the secretion of digestive juices.

Paschimottasana (Seated forward bend pose): Helps relieve constipation and provides relief from flatulence. 

Ardha Matsyendrasana (Sitting half spinal twist): This pose for digestion improves liver and pancreatic health

Trikonasana (Triangle pose): Stimulates appetite and energises the abdominal organs, especially the liver and the intestinal tract.

Ustrasana (Camel pose): This exercise for digestion relieves constipation and improves digestion.

Pavanmuktasana (Wind-relieving pose): Strengthens the abdominal muscles and removes gastrointestinal problems.

Dhanurasana (Bow pose):  It helps release gas from the stomach and relieves constipation and dyspepsia (indigestion).

Bhujangasana (Cobra pose): The pose involves gentle compression on the abdomen, which stimulates the digestive organs and enhances their functioning. 

Supta Matsyendrasana (Supine spinal twist): This exercise stretches the glutes, chest, and obliques. It improves spinal mobility and can aid digestion.
