Ayurvedic herbs to reduce high uric acid in summer

Here are some herbs of Ayurveda that can be helpful in controlling uric acid levels. 

Gugul: In Ayurveda, it is called a painkiller as it reduces pain, inflammation around the joints and controls uric acid.

Guduchi: This is a vital herb for uric acid as it balances pitta and vata dosha and decrease uric acid amount in blood.

Varun Churna: Its paste can be applied on painful joint to reduce uric acid.

Musta herb: This is another beneficial herb to control this condition.

Punarnava Kadha: Punarnava through its medicinal properties removes the toxins and acid.

Shunthi and turmeric powder: It can be applied on painful joints due to high uric acid.

Black raisins: Eating raisins is considered good for bone density and lowers the risk of arthritis and gout.
