Asafoetida (Hing): Asafoetida is a useful ayurvedic ingredient that reduces gas and improves digestion. 

Ginger: Ginger is a beneficial Ayurvedic herb popular for its digestive properties. \

Stress-management: Exercises such as yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercises improve relaxation and digestion. 

Eat food at regular times daily, chew your food properly, and avoid overeating. 

Avoid gas-forming foods like beans, cabbage, onions, and beverages.

Ajwain (Carom Seeds): Ajwain seeds are commonly used in Ayurveda to prevent gas and flatulence. 

Trikatu: Trikatu, an amalgamation of three herbs - ginger, black pepper, and long pepper eases gas on an empty stomach.

Cumin: Cumin seeds are beneficial in Ayurvedic remedies for digestive issues.
