2. Coconut Milk: Coconut milk is rich in Potassium, Calcium and Protein. 

3. Oat Milk: A cup of oat milk provides you 120 calories, protein and carbs. However, people with diabetes are not advised to consume this. 

4. Cashew Milk: A cup of cashew milk provides 42 calories and is rich in fat. People with high cholesterol should avoid it. 

5. Soy Milk: Soy milk closely resembles cow milk in protein content. A cup of soy milk consists of 131 calories.
