Best fruits and vegetables to fight iron deficiency in summer

Pomegranate: This is one of the best foods to boost iron levels and has Vitamin C content too. 

Apples: Apples are high in iron and are a healthy food option. 

Spinach: Spinach is loaded with iron and other vitamins, especially C, A, K and minerals like magnesium. 

Oranges: Oranges comprise enormous Vitamin. C, but also prevrnt iron deficiency. 

Beetroot: These are a good source of iron and vitamins, especially Vitamin C. 

Broccoli: It offers enormous iron, and vitamins B and C.

Prunes: They are dried plums with numerous nutrients.

Cabbage: Besides iron, cabbage is also rich in vitamin B6 and folate.
