Calcium is extremely important to keep our body functioning in a healthy manner. Although milk is abundant in calcium, other products are also a great source of calcium.

Paneer is loaded with calcium that helps in building strong teeth, bones, and muscles.

Whole almonds are another rich source of calcium. They are also packed with healthy fats, fiber, magnesium and vitamin E.

Yogurt: One cup (245 grams) of plain, nonfat yogurt contains about 415 milligrams of calcium.

Nuts are one of the highest non-dairy sources of calcium.

Plant foods like leafy greens contain less calcium overall but have a higher bioavailability than dairy.

Oranges can contribute to your calcium intake. They also provide vitamin C, which aids calcium absorption.

Figs are rich in fiber, antioxidants, and calcium. Several studies have shown that figs contain 70 milligrams of calcium.

Beans are an excellent vegan-friendly calcium source.

Egg is rich in phosphorus, calcium, potassium, and contains moderate amounts of sodium.
