Here are easy to make Indian snacks that don't require frying

A sandwich made with slices of bread filled with thinly sliced vegetables like cucumber, tomato and onion. 

Vegetable Sandwich

A refreshing salad made by combining diced fruits like apples, bananas, grapes, and pomegranate seeds, seasoned with lemon juice, chaat masala, and a sprinkle of black salt.

Fruit Chaat

A nutritious salad made with sprouted lentils or beans mixed with chopped onions, tomatoes,  and seasoned with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Sprouts Salad

Flattened rice cooked with onions, green chilies, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and turmeric powder.

Poha

A steamed savory cake made from fermented batter of gram flour (besan), yogurt, and spices like green chilies, ginger, and baking soda.

Dhokla

It's a healthy and delicious snack option that provides a balance of protein, fiber, and vitamins.
