Foods that harm your hair and cause hair fall in summer

Some foods can be harmful for your hair health. Here are few of them:

Oily food: Oily and greasy food harms your overall health including your hair.

Diet soda & carbonated drinks: Diet sodas comprise an artificial sweetener known as aspartame, which causes hair fall.

Raw egg: If consumed raw, eggs can cause a deficiency in biotin. 

Alcohol: It is a dehydrating agent which causes hair to be dry and brittle. 

Sugar & refined carbs: Eating too much sugary food affects both your weight and hair health. 

Fish: Certain fishes contain high levels of mercury and can lead to hair fall. 

Dairy: Dairy contains fat which boost testosterone level, thus causing hair fall.
