Foods that you must avoid to prevent heart problems in monsoon

Processed Meat: Processed meat like lamb and chicken must be avoided in monsoon as they may have bacterial growth on them. 

Deep Fried Food: They are deep fried in high-fat oil that could raise the LDL levels and blood pressure.

Salty Nuts: Excessive salt may lead to high blood pressure and chance of heart disease.

Sea Food: They must be avoided in monsoon as it may cause bacteria growth. 

Pizza and burgers: They are unhealthy and must be avoided in every season for better heart health.

Packaged Chips: Packaged potato chips and some snacks are processed in high sodium and added preservatives. 

Oily Foods: They are high in saturated fat and calories.
