Dairy products are regarded as an important and nutritious portion of a balanced meal. 

But some dairy products are high in saturated fat which can boost LDL cholesterol levels and increase the risk of heart diseases.

Here are five dairy products to avoid or consume in moderation for healthier heart.

Full-Fat Dairy: Whole milk, cream, full-fat cheese, and butter are rich in saturated fats, which can increase cholesterol levels and the risk of heart disease. 

Sweetened condensed milk: Sweetened condensed milk is rich in sugar and calories, which causes weight gain and increases the risk of heart disease. 

Ice Cream: Ice cream is full of sugar, saturated fats, and calories, making it a less heart-healthy option.

Flavoured Yoghurt: They are packed with added sugars, which can cause weight gain and increase the risk of heart disease.

Processed Cheese: Processed cheese has high levels of sodium and saturated fats, which can impact heart health.
