Heart-damaging foods that must be avoided in summer

Few of the harmful foods for heart are processed meats, such as sausages, bacon, etc. 

Fried foods such as french fries, fish and chips, etc are extremely rich in trans fats, which are harmful to your heart health. 

Sugary drinks such as soda, energy drinks, and fruit juices are packed with sugar, which is harmful for heart health.

Another worst food for your heart are refined carbohydrates which includes white bread, pasta, and pastries. 

Full-fat dairy products like whole milk, butter, and cheese can lead to higher cholesterol levels and increased risk of heart attack. 

Consuming excessive full-cream milk and sugar can be extremely unhealthy for your heart.

Salt or sodium is vital for various bodily functions, but consuming more than the recommended quantity can be harmful.
