Today, the beautiful couple is celebrating their first engagement anniversary.
Dr Mahreen took to Instagram to share a romantic video on her first engagement anniversary.
She wrote, 'I don’t know what I did to deserve a man like you in my life. Sometimes, I find myself literally crying and thanking Allah for you. May He always protect you and bless every girl out there with a man as incredible as you, or even more if that’s possible. Alhamdulillah for you.
She continued, 'Happy first engagement anniversary, my love! I can’t believe it’s already been a year since we made our commitment to each other.
