In India, there are numerous 'Chai' lovers whose mornings are incomplete without it. However, there are several positive and negative impacts of your favourite 'Chai' on your overall health. 

Milk tea helps with bone strengthening due to its calcium content. 

Milk tea or 'doodh ki chai' helps the body with strong metabolism. 

Excessive consumption of tea might lead to bloating or acidity. 

The sugar content in tea often leads to high sugar levels in the body. People having Diabetes are often advised to consume tea without sugar. 

Milk tea shields cells from damage. However, its excessive consumption can contribute to weight gain due to the presence of calories in it. 

Research has found that excessive caffeine in milk tea can lead to migraine, headache, or disturbed sleep cycle.
