Here are foods rich in magnesium that can elevate your heart and bone heath, immunity and reduce blood pressure.

Nuts: Due to magnesium content and its anti-inflammatory properties, nuts are good for your heart and bone health. 

Dark chocolate: Dark chocolate is rich in several nutrients, including magnesium, which helps the heart as it contains flavanols. 

Seeds: Chia, flax and pumpkin seeds are rich sources of magnesium to add in your diet. 

Leafy vegetables: Leafy greens like Kale, collard greens, turnip greens, and spinach are the best sources of magnesium.

Fatty fish: Salmon, mackerel and halibut are some of the best magnesium-rich fishes that improve your health.
