Morning vs evening workout: Which is better?

There has always been debate on morning vs evening workout. However, both have their pros and cons.

One should note that the best time to exercise depends on individual lifestyle, schedule, body's natural rhythm and goals.

Morning exercises: Working out in moring can be good for your metabolism. It helps you burn calories throughout the day.

It also helps improve your mental focus, mood and productivity for the rest of the day.

However, exercisng in morning can increase the risk of injury as muscles and joints are less flexible in the morning.

Evening workout may help in more muscle and strength training.

Muscles and joints are warmer and more flexible later in the day. Hence, it reduces the risk of injury during exercise.

However, exercising close to bedtime may disrupt sleep patterns.

In conclusion, one should pay attention to his/her body's cues throughout the day to choose the best time.
