Nita Ambani had meals consisting of dry fruits, egg white omelet for breakfast as well as fruits.
For lunch, Nita Ambani often had leafy green vegetables, brown rice, roti, and pulses.
Nita Ambani also relied on detox water and green tea to flush out toxins and maintain blood pressure.
Apart from this, Nita Ambani exercised for 40 minutes daily, did yoga and jogging as well, to cut down fat.
Through this weight loss regime, Nita Ambani lost over 18 kg weight right after her pregnancy.
