Ratan Tata's fitness tips that can help you lead long, healthy life

Ratan Tata was a great industrialist of the century, who served as the chairman of the Tata Group of Industries from 1990 to 2012. He passed away at the age of 86 on October 9.

Apart from being a very good businessman, Ratan Tata was also very conscious about his fitness and diet. Follow his amazing fitness routine to stay healthy.

Ratan Tata used to wake up early every morning and you will be surprised to know that many meetings of Tata Sons used to start at 6:00 am.

He use to go for morning walk and do Surya Namaskar daily in the morning and he never skipped these habits. He was very strict about his routine.

Along with yoga and morning walk, Ratan Tata used to meditate for 30 minutes in the morning. According to him, meditation keeps the mind calm.

The business tycoon used to do breathing exercises regularly, to keep his lungs healthy.

To remain physically fit and active, Tata used to do light stretching daily.
