Green juice: Green vegetable juice is a perfect option for reducing blood pressure. 

Tomato juice: This may reduce the levels of certain risk factors of cardiovascular disease including blood pressure.

Carrot juice: Loaded with Vitamins A & C, carrot juice can help prevent hypertension.

Beetroot juice: Rich in nitrates, beetroot juice boost cardiovascular health and control hypertension. 

Cranberry juice: Cranberries are rich in antioxidants anthocyanins, flavonols, and Vitamins C and E, which prevent high blood pressure. 

Orange juice: The fibre-rich orange juice may prevent your digestive tract from high blood pressure.

Cucumber juice: Besides being a rich source of hydration, cucumber juice regulates blood pressure.
