1. Kidney beans: Kidney beans, or Rajma, are packed with proteins, carbs and fibers. Rajma-chawal is a popular meal in Indian households. 

2. Paneer: Paneer, a dairy product, is rich is casein that provides protein and calcium to the body. 

3. Chickpeas: Chickpeas or Chhole, are high in calcium, protein and fiber. 

4. Green peas: Green peas are a good source of fiber and protein. 

5. Milk: Milk is rich in calcium and protein, which aids bone health. 

6. Cheese: Cheese contains protein content. However, it should be consumed in moderation. 

7. Oats: Oats are rich in protein and fiber and are a popular morning snack.
