Balance on one leg, lifting the other, to enhance leg circulation and improve balance.

Vrikshasana

Stretch over one leg while standing to increase blood flow and flexibility in the legs.

Utthita Trikonasana

Extend arms and legs in opposite directions to enhance circulation and build leg strength.

Virabhadrasana II

 Sit back as if in a chair, arms overhead, to stimulate leg circulation and strengthen muscles.

Utkatasana

Stand tall, arms at your sides, to boost circulation and strengthen legs.

Tadasana

Lift hips towards the sky, heels towards the floor, to promote blood flow throughout the legs.

Adho Mukha Svanasana

Lie on your back with legs up against a wall to encourage blood flow back towards the heart and relieve leg fatigue.
