Yoga poses to cure migraine headache

Here are five yoga poses to help relieve migraine headaches

Sit back on your heels, stretch your arms forward, and rest your forehead on the floor.

Child’s Pose

From a plank position, lift your hips up and back, forming an inverted V shape.

Downward-Facing Dog

Stand with feet apart, bend forward at the waist, and let your head hang towards the floor.

Forward Bend

Sit with legs extended, bend forward, and reach towards your toes. It calms the nervous system

Seated Forward Bend

Lie on your back, place your legs up against a wall, and relax. This pose improves circulation and promotes relaxation.

Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose

These yoga poses help reduce tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation to ease migraine symptoms.
