Tarsier – Known for their massive eyes, each about the size of their brain, tarsiers have some of the largest eye-to-body ratios among mammals, helping them see in low light.
Gecko – Geckos have unique vertical pupils with a series of tiny pinholes that give them incredible night vision, allowing them to see color in near darkness.
Mantis Shrimp – Mantis shrimps have one of the most complex visual systems, with up to 16 types of photoreceptors (humans have three). They can detect polarized and ultraviolet light, seeing a spectrum far beyond human vision.
Goat – Goats have rectangular pupils that give them a wide field of vision, allowing them to see nearly 360 degrees around, which helps them spot predators.
Side Plank: Lie on your side and lift your body off the ground, supporting yourself with one arm. Hold for 30 seconds on each side.
Chameleon – Chameleons can move each eye independently, allowing them to look in two different directions simultaneously, which is highly useful for spotting prey and predators.
Four-Eyed Fish (Anableps) – This fish has unique eyes split horizontally, enabling it to see above and below the water surface at the same time—ideal for spotting both prey and predators.
