Mind-blowing images of universe captured by NASA Hubble telescope

NGC 1546 is a nearby galaxy in the constellation Dorado, as seen in this recent photo. Due to the galaxy's orientation, dust lanes backlit by the galaxy's core are clearly visible when viewed from a slightly higher vantage point.

This new image of the galaxy NGC 4951 taken by the NASA Hubble Space Telescope shows bright, starry spiral arms encircling an active galactic centre.

This photograph was captured by the NASA Hubble Space Telescope and shows the spiral galaxy IC 4633, which is in the constellation Apus and 100 million light-years away from Earth.

This image from the NASA Hubble Space Telescope shows Arp 122, an unusual galaxy that is actually made up of two galaxies: LEDA 59642 and NGC 6040, a twisted, tilted spiral galaxy.

The Arp-Madore 2339-661 galaxy pair is shown in this remarkable image taken with the NASA Hubble Space Telescope.

This photograph, taken with the Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS) on the NASA Hubble Space Telescope, is of Arp 107, a celestial object that contains two galaxies that are colliding.

This image of a galaxy taken by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope is not like many other galaxies that Hubble has seen before.
