Conman wants car returned

Conman Ashok Jadeja has filed an application in the court of RM Parikh at Mirzapur requesting possession of his car that was seized by CID crime after he was arrested for the scam.

In his application, Jadeja stated that he has a plot of land in Kari taluka, whose caretaker is Imam Sipahi. He said that for travelling between Ahmedabad and Kari, Sipahi needed the car. The car was seized by CID crime after Jadeja was nabbed with cash worth Rs1.96 crore.

Jadeja was nabbed by police along with his wife Neetu on June 1 with Rs1.98 crore stashed in a car in Ahmedabad. He was trying to flee from the city because he knew the police were looking for him.
