Three of Jamboa gang nabbed in Amedabad

Police have arrested three members of Jamboa gang, which was involved in a spate of robberies in the Dhuma gam and adjoining areas.
  
Between the nights of December 15 and 16, six robbers entered a house in Jaldeep society in Dhuma gam. They went on a robbing spree and robbed bungalow no. 42 and 10, which is owned by Dilip Khatri. They attacked the family of Khatri with woodlocks, knifes and other weapons and took away jewelleries, mobiles and wrist watches.

There adventure didn’t end there. They entered the Pearl bungalows and looted the office of Corrolina society. Then they went across Sanand railway line and robbed Surdara Residency club house in Mannipur village.

In total, they robbed about Rs1,68,000. The series of robberies shook the police force. Ashish Bhatia, range IG and Sandeep Singh, DSP, Ahmedabad district asked their staff to solve this case.

Police enhanced their vigil and sealed the border areas of the district. Cops suspected the involvement of Jaboa gang of Dahod. They kept a close eye on their activities. On the night of December 23, KH Goyal, PSI, LCB intercepted three people near Shantipura circle at Ring road. People arrested included Dinesh alias Dinu Palash (23), Bharat alias Bharto Palash (25), Nava Alias Navlo Palash (35), all residents of Ambli Village in Dahod district.
