Cashmere now added to toilet paper

Waitrose, a luxury supermarket chain in Britain, has added cashmere toilet paper to its list of latest luxury items.

The company describes the product, priced at $3.50 for four rolls of paper, as the "most luxurious bathroom tissue yet."

"Cashmere provides that stamp of quality to any fashion garment, from a designer suit to the finest luxury knitwear," the New York Daily News quoted Carla Smith, a buyer for the supermarket, as saying.

"It's indulgent, it's stylish and it's helping provide that extra softness to our new premium bathroom tissue collection," Smith added.
