Professional baseball player Alex Rodriguez has moved to 15 Central Park West where A-list stars and other rich and famous people reside.

The imposing limestone at Central Park West and W. 61st St. is also home to Denzel Washington, Bob Costas, Sting, Norman Lear, Goldman Sachs honcho Lloyd Blankfein, former Citigroup boss Sandy Weill and a handful of Asian tycoons.

Rodriguez, 34, who shifted into a two-bedroom 30,000 dollars unit, had asked landlord Leroy Schecter for a discount, but he was turned down.

"We just said, 'No, there is no negotiating'," the New York Daily News quoted Schecter's agent, Emily Beare, as telling the New York Observer.

"And they said, 'Fine'," she stated.
