After accusations of sexual harassment against him, Anirban Das Blah was asked to step aside from his duties and responsibilities as the head of talent agency Kwan. In light of the recent allegations of inappropriate conduct brought against our trustee Mr Anirban Das Blah, he has tendered his resignation... The Foundation extends its complete support to any victims of sexual harassment, exploitation or abuse.”
2.When Rani Mukerji referred to Gauri Khan as ‘maa’
Another instance from the KKHH event left us surprised. During a chat with Karan, when someone promptly spoke about Gauri Khan, Rani suddenly addressing her as ‘maa’ said, “I remember playing with Aryan in the hotel lobby while shooting for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Gauri maa, you remember? Then it was Suhana and now, it’s AbRam.” Kajol quickly added laughing, “We have to admit that Shah Rukh produces very good looking children.”

On Tuesday night, the actress spoke to an international entertainment portal, about her ensemble for the big day. She said, “I always believed that anything and everything that I wear, I have to be comfortable,” she explained adding, “So, it’s going to be cute and comfy.” Apparently, designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla will be creating her wedding outfit.
4.Meet Rohman Shawl - The new man in Sushmita Sen’s life
Sushmita Sen was in a steady relationship with Ritik Bhasin till sometime ago. But a source (who also happens to be Sush’s good friend) tells us that things weren’t going well between the two. “They were facing compatibility issues. They would have arguments very often and eventually decided to call it quits.
Ritik has moved on, and Sushmita, too, has found love again.” So, who’s the new man in her life? It’s 27-year-old model Rohman Shawl! “Rohman and Sushmita met a few months ago at a fashion- related event and hit it off immediately. Soon, they began dating.” We wonder if the former Miss Universe, who is known to be open about her relationships, will go public with her latest beau anytime soon.

Two days ago, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (KKHH) turned 20 and filmmaker Karan Johar threw a lavish bash to celebrate his two decades as a director in the industry. Several actors and friends of Karan came over to grace the occasion and each of them had a message for the people involved in the passion project. Kareena Kapoor Khan, who took out time from her sixth anniversary celebrations, had a speech ready for KJo. But midway, she mentioned how she jokes with the filmmaker to get her on board for Dharma Productions. “I’ve told Karan that when I’m old, I will be the CEO of Dharma Productions,” she said.
7.#MeToo Impact: The Producers Guild of India amends its by-laws
In the wake of the #MeToo Movement in India, Aamir Khan had initiated guidelines for women’s safety in the film industry along with producer Siddharth Roy Kapur. The Producers Guild Of India set up a special committee for the same last week. And, within a week of setting up the committee, the Guild called for an Extraordinary General Body Meeting to amend its by-laws. It has made it mandatory for all members to sign a declaration affirming that, ‘The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013’ and any amendment/successor act thereof has been instituted and implemented in their workplaces, as prescribed by the law. This is to be signed by every member withing 30 days of receipt. Within that duration, the Guild will schedule a series of workshops to be conducted by specialised external agencies, which will enable its members to institute and implement these processes at their workplaces, if they have not already done so.
Failure to submit the declaration by the end of 30 days, would result in expulsion from the Guild. The members will also require to affirm that if any nominated representative of a Guild member is adjudged to have engaged in sexual harassment by the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), the Guild has the right to immediately expel the concerned nominated representative.
8.Night shoots for Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor's 'Chhichhore'

They have already shot a few scenes that have turned out well,” says a source.
9.#MeToo Effect: This young actor is under scrutiny for his 'questionable' behaviour, Guess who?
In the wake of the #MeToo Movement, several skeletons have tumbled out of the closet in Bollywood. Now, we hear, all eyes are trained on this young actor. Earlier, After Hrs had reported how this star had tried to be extra-friendly with his newbie co-actor on the sets of their next. At that time, his alleged ‘overtures’ didn’t go down too well with the debutante, as a result of which shooting reportedly came to a standstill. However, now it seems the actor is under scrutiny by an international film corporation for his questionable behaviour. The studio lays a lot of emphasis on the security of its cast and crew. Depending on their findings based on the star’s attitude, they will take a call on whether they want to continue bankrolling this project. Looks like tough times are in store for him.
