Have Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora jointly purchased a house in Mumbai?

As per a latest report in Pinkvilla, rumoured couple Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor have jointly purchased a new property at a location near Mumbai's Lokhandwala complex. 

It's not yet clear whether they plan to move in together or they have just invested in the property for future purposes. 

"Arjun and Malaika have together purchased a flat in a plush society near Lokhandwala Complex. It is their joint investment together. Whether they plan to live in or no is entirely up to them. But they are surely getting a space for themselves," the portal quoted a source as saying.

The interiors of the house are currently being set up, which the lovebirds are closely monitoring. "Currently, the interiors of the house are being done and both Malaika and Arjun are looking into the details," the source further added.

Speculations are rife that a wedding is on the cards for Malaika and Arjun. When questioned about the same, Malaika told Hindustan Times in a recent interview, "I never answer personal questions. Not that I shy away from answering or whatever. I just don't feel comfortable talking about my personal life. And whatever my life has been, everyone is aware of it. I don't need to be talking about it. I am just enjoying my life - it's beautiful and precious."

Lately, Karan Johar has been dropping a lot of hints about their impending nuptials. when Karan asked about his relationship status on 'Koffee With Karan', Arjun replied, "No, I’m not single". This confession left Janhvi in surprise. 

When Karan further inquired and asked when will he be telling his family, Arjun, pointing at Janhvi, said, ''Clearly, it has just happened''. Stunned by Arjun's answer, Janhvi said, ''Yeah, it has been introduced on this show."  Arjun even said that he is open to marriage. ''Yes, now I am. Earlier, I wasn’t,'' he said.

However, as per a close friend of the duo, marriage is not what they are aiming for, at the moment. 

“Arjun and Malaika have started spending quality time together. They are extremely fond of each other and are exploring their beautiful relationship. Let’s not jump the gun here. We should just let them be. Marriage is definitely not on the cards anytime soon for them,” the insider informed Dna After Hrs. 

“Arjun is a doting brother and will only settle down once his sister Anshula agrees to do so. Malaika is also just beginning to get to know Arjun well. They have just started their courtship and both are clear that they want to enjoy each other’s company right now. Arjun is neck-deep in his film commitments and Malaika, too, has a hectic work life. There is a lot of time before the relationship hits the next gear,” the source added.
