In Pic: '83' director Kabir Khan's wife Mini Mathur shows her off her flat abs, documents her journey to fitter self

Television host, model and actor Mini Mathur on Thursday (July 1), took to her Instagram handle to share her fitness journey. The former singing reality show 'Indian Idol' host and filmmaker Kabir Khan's wife posted a mirror selfie showing off her flat abs while stating that her body has been responding to 'healthy eating, double the exercise' and her recent 'detox'.

Dressed in greyish-black gym attire and hair tied up in a ponytail, Mini looked fit and fabulous as she showed off how her hard work has been paying off by flaunting her abs. 

Alongside the selfie, Mini wrote, "Can't do stylish body selfies (bodfies?) but stoked that my body is responding to healthy eating, double the exercise and my recent detox. My abdominal fat is moving down the scale after years, my hairfall has stopped and I have more energy. Its so much easier to stay unfit but I love a tough fight. Thanks to my fitness instructor forever @vilwayfitness Iyengar yoga with @eric_angus And random weird Bollywood Zumba classes I pick from Youtube Ps: Sucking tummy in but only 25% of capacity #fitness #rediscover #body #healthyeating."

Meanwhile, remembering Mandira Bedi's husband Raj Kaushal, Mini Mathur told Bombay Times, "Raj was a lovely man. He was friendly, happy and full of positivity. I didn't know him very closely but Mandira is a dear colleague and my heart breaks for her loss. I hope she can channel some strength from her kids to bear this tragic loss."

For the unversed, Raj Kaushal died of a heart attack on Wednesday morning (June 30). 

As for Mini, she was last seen in the web series 'Mind the Malhotras' essaying the role of 'Mrs Shefali Malhotra'.
