The makers of Mission Mangal have dropped the new trailer for the film. The first trailer which was revealed a few days ago showed how Akshay Kumar and other leading scientists working at ISRO are gearing up for the Mangalyan. Though they face so many hurdles and are not confident enough for the mission to be successful, they eventually succeed and create history on Earth. Interestingly, the new trailer gives more glimpses of how Mission Mangal shaped up.

The trailer starts with Akshay talking about a mission being unsuccessful while addressing the media, though he is shown hopeful. Then comes Vidya Balan, who is filled with positivity that ISRO scientists can take India to Mars. They are then recruited by young scientists who leave Akshay and Vidya worried. These include Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Sharman Joshi, Kirti Kulhari, Nithya Menen and H. R. Dattatrey.

The interesting part of the second trailer is, it shows how after Mangalyan becomes a success they gear up for Chandrayan 2, which happened a few days ago. Is it also a hint to the sequel? Only time will tell.
