Suhel Sheth marries girlfriend Lakshmi Menon in a private ceremony amidst Me Too allegations

Suhel Sheth might be involved in a #MeToo allegation by Diandra Soares, but that doesn’t seem to stop the ad-maker from marrying his girlfriend, model Lakshmi Menon.

Barring the age difference of 22 years, Suhel Sheth, 55, got married to Laksmi, 37, on the eve of Christmas 2018.

After the Me Too allegation, Suhel kept a low-profile till he invited friends over dinner to celebrate the special occasion. Times Of India post the invitation card and politician Balkaur Singh Dhillon shared some inside pictures from the wedding bash. Here they are:

It is being heard that Suhel’s friends from the fashion and political industry, 30 to be precise, attended the gathering “to celebrate something special”.

Reportedly, among the invitees were former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dixit, Praful Patel, Jay Panda, Amar Singh, filmmaker and fashion designer Muzaffar Ali, Tasneem and Vikram Mehta and Tarun Tejpal.

It is believed that Suhel married Lakshmi in a ceremony at his Gurugram house. They were dating over a year and might have been engaged in October, soon after which they went on a vacation.

For the uninitiated,Suhel was married to Sandhya Narain from 1989-1993. Meanwhile Lakshmi’s partner was photographer Prabuddha Dasgupta, who was already married and had two daughters. After a fashion shoot in Alibag, the ace photographer, aged 55 too, surrendered to heart attack on his way to Mumbai airport.
